Our promise
Every meal is freshly cooked to order. If something is not right with your order, tell us within 24 hours on WhatsApp (+44 7400 887211) with a photo if possible.
Refunds and replacements
If your order is wrong, missing items or is not up to standard, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Refunds for bank-transfer orders are returned to the account used for payment.
Cancellations
Because food is made to order, cancellations should be made as early as possible before preparation starts. Orders already prepared cannot be refunded.
